Who You Talk To

Partmood Pest Control does not employ pest technicians. When you reach out, you are connected to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business with its own staff, trucks, tools, and pricing.

We do not list names or bios here. Each provider will introduce its own business when you talk, and you can ask about its background directly.

What Happens on the Call

Keep it relaxed. A typical conversation goes like this:

• You describe the problem and where you see it
• The provider asks a few questions about your home, such as slab or crawl space, and how long it has gone on
• You talk through next steps, like an inspection or a written estimate
• You decide if you want to book

Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the season and their schedule.

What to Ask a Provider

A few good questions save a lot of stress later:

• Can I have the quote in writing before work starts?
• What is included, and what costs extra?
• Which pest or pests will you treat, and how?
• Are the products safe around kids and pets?
• Do you hold the license my state requires?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and is it part of the price?
• What should I do before you arrive, and what should I leave alone?

For termites, bed bugs, or wildlife, ask if the provider handles that specific job. Not every provider does all of them.

About Price

Typical U.S. costs vary by home size, pest, and severity. A quick visit for ants costs far less than a full termite plan. A written quote lays it out so you can compare. If two quotes are far apart, ask why.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. There is no obligation to book. You can compare a few quotes, ask about the plan, and say no. If something feels unclear, pause and ask again. Quote before work is a fair thing to expect.
